At Oakview UMC Preschool, we offer days packed full of activities. All of our activities help the social, academic and spiritual development of children. Kids learn best when they are having fun! We tailor our lessons to each child's unique learning style. Our kids enjoy the hand-on activities that Oakview provides daily!

Our Goal is to…
- Provide children with an exciting learning environment that incorporates Christian principles into daily activities.
- Provide opportunities for church, preschool, and home to team together to meet the needs of children.
- Help children bridge the gap between home and school.
- Give opportunities for children to achieve school readiness skills and to socialize with other children their own age.
- Give children opportunities for self-expressions, investigation and participation in a group setting.
- Maintain a balance between independent and teacher-guided activities.
- Provide warm and loving adults to encourage and guide children to grow and develop at their own pace.
- Help children develop self-respect and a respect for others by sharing, cooperating, taking turns, and listening to adults.
- Provide a strong academic foundation to help ensure a successful transition to kindergarten.
